Chairman: Kim Doyle
Kim Doyle is the Executive Director of Olympic Ambulance. Kim has been a Council member and is one of our representatives to the NW Region EMS & TC Council. Prior to Kitsap County, Kim has worked in EMS systems in Michigan, Nevada and Tacoma.

Vice-Chair: Hank Teran
Hank is the Fire Chief of Bainbridge Island Fire Department.

Treasurer: Al Duke
Al started his fire service with the Los Angeles City Fire Department in 1979 as a paramedic. He received EMT and paramedic certifications from the Paramedic Training Institute in Los Angeles and had kept those certifications until 1996. He is currently the Fire Chief with the City of Bremerton, holding this position since 1997. He held the ranks of Firefighter/Paramedic, Medical Officer and Assistant Chief prior to accepting the Fire Chief position and had previously held executive board positions on the Northwest Regional EMS & Trauma Care Council.
