Executive Board
Chairman: Stan Plyler

Stan Plyler has been a Paramedic for 21 years. He graduated from the Tacoma Community College paramedic program.

Stan has been in the fire service for 25 years and has worked for the Bremerton Fire Department for 23 years where he is a Captain and also serves as Medical Officer. He is an eight year member of the Kitsap County EMS Council.

Vice-Chairman: Kim Doyle

Kim Doyle is the Regional Director of Olympic Ambulance. Kim has been a Council member for the past 8 years and is one of our representatives to the NW Region EMS & TC Council. Prior to Kitsap County, Kim has worked in EMS systems in Michigan, Nevada and Tacoma.



Past Chairman: Cliff Wilson

Cliff graduated from Tacoma Community College's paramedic program in 1974 and has been a paramedic for 30 years. Cliff is currently the Battalion Chief/Medical Officer for Kitsap Fire District #7 where he has worked for 27 years. Cliff has been on the Council for 12 years and previously held the office of vice-chair.

Treasurer: Al Duke

Al started his fire service with the Los Angeles City Fire Department in 1979 as a paramedic. He received EMT and paramedic certifications from the Paramedic Training Institute in Los Angeles and had kept those certifications until 1996. He is currently the Fire Chief with the City of Bremerton, holding this position since 1997. He held the ranks of Firefighter/Paramedic, Medical Officer and Assistant Chief prior to accepting the Fire Chief position and had previously held executive board positions on the Northwest Regional EMS & Trauma Care Council.

At-Large Position #1: Dan Smith

Dan the Fire Chief at North Kitsap Fire and Rescue. He has been active with the Council for more than 15 years.

At-Large Position #2: Louann Bean
