Kitsap County Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Care Council (KCEMS&TCC) is comprised of emergency service provider agencies dedicated to the health and safety of the residents of Kitsap  County.

It is the mission of the Kitsap County Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Care Council to drive excellence in pre-hospital emergency medical care throughout Kitsap County and Washington State.

Our vision is to be the premiere EMS delivery system in Washington State. We accomplish this through training, education and quality improvement. Our system is monitored from the initial 911 call through the patient’s release from care.

Is to provide the best pre-hospital care for the citizens of Kitsap County

We offer a variety of EMS training. From initial EMT training to continuing education for our current EMS providers.

We do not retain transport records of any Kitsap County patient. If you are interested in transport records, please contact the transporting agency.
